I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ property litigation team, specialising in telecoms property law and infrastructure disputes. I act for landowners and infrastructure providers on complex matters involving the Electronic Communications Code, rights of way, and landlord-tenant issues. My recent work includes securing emergency injunctions, defending redevelopment claims, and advising on mines and minerals law.

I qualified in 2013 after training at Shoosmiths, and have built a practice focussed on strategic advice and litigation across commercial and residential property. I also support high street retailers with asset management disputes and portfolio strategy.
