I’m a lawyer in our Tax team, supporting the real estate tax practice with strategic advice and structuring expertise. I qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and have led tax teams at Eversheds and Hammonds, before founding Adducere LLP, a specialist firm focussed on property development and funding structures.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2021, I’ve worked closely with our lawyers and clients on complex property tax matters, bringing decades of experience and a deep understanding of the commercial drivers behind development deals.

My focus is on delivering practical, outcome-driven advice that helps clients unlock value and manage risk across their portfolios.
