I head Shoosmiths’ market leading Commercial Group, a group of six practice areas that include Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Services, Strategic Commercial Contracts, Tech & IT, Privacy & Data and Intellectual Property.

My own specialism centres around advising on major commercial projects and technology-driven transformation. My work spans business process and technology outsourcings and transactions, particularly in the automotive, financial services. and retail sectors. I’m known for strategic insight and for acting as an extension of clients’ in-house legal teams.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2006, I’ve led on many high value, complex, and cross-border projects. I became a partner in 2010 and during my earlier role as Mobility Sector helped build our a pre-eminent automotive practise.

I regularly contribute to thought leadership on commercial law and technology, and am recognised in Legal 500 for my work in the automotive sector.
