I am an associate in the real estate team in Leeds. I have a range of experience in all aspects of non-contentious, commercial real estate law, with a focus on development, landlord and tenant, and investment matters.

I work with banks, investors and developers on development acquisitions, strategic land option agreements for mixed-use and residential sites, as well as real estate finance matters for both acquisition and development funding. I also assist a number of clients with their asset and portfolio management.
