I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising major corporate clients on domestic, international and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. I specialise in joint ventures, private equity transactions, debt/equity reorganisations and group restructurings. Recent highlights include advising on the $1.25bn sale of Fosroc to Saint-Gobain, strategic acquisitions for Weetabix and Telent Technology Services, and multiple cross-border deals for clients in the education, technology and consumer sectors.
