Saba is an associate in the Corporate team based in the London office, with experience advising on a broad range of transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital, public company fundraises and corporate restructures. She acts for a mix of corporates, investors, owners/founders and management teams across different sectors, and enjoys supporting clients through each stage of the deal process.    Before joining the firm in 2025, Saba trained and practiced at a transatlantic law firm. She holds a first class degree in politics from the University of York, and an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford.
