I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment and general corporate matters. I work with a diverse range of clients, including private companies and owner-managed businesses, supporting them on strategic transactions and corporate structuring.

I trained at a Nottingham-based firm and joined Shoosmiths in 2020. I hold a Law degree from Nottingham Trent University and completed the LPC at BPP Law School. I’ve built a strong foundation in corporate law and have been recognised for my contributions to the legal profession, including winning the Junior Lawyer of the Year 2024 award from the Nottinghamshire Law Society.

I’m an active member of the Nottingham Professional Services group and passionate about supporting clients through their growth journeys. I bring a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to every transaction.
