I’m an Associate in our Manchester office in the Banking and Finance team. I support clients on real estate finance transactions, gaining hands-on experience in drafting, due diligence and deal execution.

Before qualifying into the Banking and Finance team in March 2024, I worked as a paralegal in the team from 2019. I studied Law at the University of Manchester and joined Shoosmiths after graduating.

My experience includes:

• acting for Vita Student on a £146m senior and £27.5 acquisition and development financing;
• acting for Renaker on a £128m development funding for residential skyscrapers in Manchester;
• acting for Moorfield Group on the acquisition and development financing of a purpose built student accommodation scheme in Bristol;
• acting for a JV between a London Real Estate fund and a national property developer on an £84m development funding for a portfolio of industrial properties; and
• advising a leading private bank on a £66m investment funding.
