Associate advising on private equity and M&A transactions
I am an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on domestic and international private equity and M&A transactions.
Recent experience includes advising:

AVK Power Solutions, one of the largest providers of power solutions to data centres in Europe, on a majority investment from Partners Group;

Five Arrows on its investment, alongside existing investor Vista Equity Partners, in Australia-based StarRez, a specialist provider of student housing software;

Foundation Investment Partners on the sale of a leading UK fire and security business to an affiliate of HIG Capital;

Five Arrows on its majority investment in Blue Mountain, a specialist in enterprise asset management software in the life sciences industry; and
-
Five Arrows on Blue Mountain's acquisition of CompuCal, a leading enterprise management software provider in Ireland.
Prior to joining Shoosmiths, I was a Senior Associate in PwC's risk advisory division, where I advised hedge funds, asset managers, financial institutions and financial sponsors on risk management. This included spending six months advising KKR on its compliance with FSMA, MiFID ii and AIFMD in connection with its fundraising across EMEA.
