I am a Principal Associate with over nine years’ post-qualification experience, specialising in construction and engineering disputes.

I have extensive experience advising on complex claims arising from alleged construction defects, acting for both claimants and defendants across a broad range of high-value and technically challenging disputes. My work frequently involves multi-party litigation and adjudication, including claims against contractors, consultants and developers.

In addition to contentious matters, I advise clients throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, with particular expertise in payment disputes, termination strategies and risk management.

I regularly advise on rights and remedies under the Building Safety Act 2022, including claims relating to building safety defects and associated recovery actions. I also have significant experience advising on the Developer Pledge and related remediation schemes, including negotiating and structuring remediation arrangements for affected buildings.
