I have over a decade of experience in investigations, contentious regulatory work, crisis management and significant governance-related matters across a wide range of sectors (including, financial services, AI, technology, audit, sports).

I co-lead our Investigations practice and lead the contentious side of our India Business Desk (I am dual qualified in England & Wales and India). I am also a key member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology & AI sector groups.

I have represented and led significant global corporates, financial institutions and senior individuals (including C-suite executives and non-executive directors) on several landmark and highly sensitive investigations / regulatory enforcement proceedings and have also conducted several high-stakes internal investigations and shadow reviews.  These mandates covered a wide range of issues relating to financial crime, whistleblowing complaints, large scale compliance failures, self-reporting issues and sanctions.

I have particular expertise in successfully navigating and coordinating complex global investigations often involving parallel inquiries by several regulators and government agencies in over 30 countries. This includes matters frequently involving Europe (FCA, PRA, SFO, FINMA, CSSF), the United States (DOJ, Federal Reserve, SEC, NY DFS) and Asia (NFRA, SFC, JFSA, DFSA, MAS, SCM and SEBI).

In addition to private practice, I have also conducted high-profile investigations on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority into significant financial institutions and C-suite executives.

I have significant crisis management expertise on a range of high-profile matters, including advising firms on responding to cyber-attacks / significant incidents and on-site advice relating to dawn raids / unannounced visits by authorities and regulators.

I have authored the inaugural chapter on "Artificial Intelligence in Investigations" in the Global Investigations Review (GIR): The Practitioner's Guide to Global Investigations (11th edition).  I regularly speak on and contribute to thought leadership on investigations, contentious regulation and AI governance.

I contribute significantly to the firm’s international strategy. I regularly represent the firm at international events/conferences – recent examples include the International Bar Association (IBA) Conference in Copenhagen (October 2026) and the GIR Live: Global Investigations Summit in Madrid (October 2026).
