I co-head Shoosmiths’ London Corporate team, advising on M&A, exits and equity investments. My clients include PLCs, private companies, PE houses, VCs and management teams. I’m known for delivering strategic advice across sectors and jurisdictions.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2008, having qualified in 2000.

I lead our India Business Desk and regularly advise on international transactions with cross-border elements. Recent work includes advising Reliance Brands on its joint ventures with Mothercare and Superdry. I also co-lead our Consumer & Retail sector.
