I support our lawyers with technical resources, training, and best practice and risk management to help the team to provide exceptional client service. My background includes advising on acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations, joint ventures and cross-border tax structuring supporting clients with complex issues. Today, I use that experience to shape resources and guidance that keep our team aligned with market developments.
