I’m a Legal Director in our Tax team, advising domestic and multinational clients on transactional and advisory tax matters. My work includes M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and cross-border tax structuring. I also advise on real estate tax and the tax implications of share and asset disposals.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I spent 10 years at BCLP and 9 years at CMS, where I trained. My recent experience includes advising BT Group on the sale of BT Fleet Solutions, Energizer Holdings on a $938.7 million acquisition, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK on dual acquisitions in the automotive sector.

I’m fluent in Spanish and French, and I’m a member of the firm’s Balance network, contributing to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
