I’m a Senior Paralegal in Shoosmiths’ Edinburgh Real Estate team, with over 14 years’ experience in residential development and shared ownership. I support housebuilders and housing associations on plot sales, estate set-ups and shared equity schemes. My work includes drafting grant documentation, managing factoring arrangements and advising on infrastructure agreements.

I’ve worked closely with the Scottish Government and RSLs on the LIFT scheme, and have become a trusted point of contact for shared equity transactions. I also support site assembly and development plan approvals, helping clients navigate complex title and planning issues.
