I’m a Partner in our Belfast Real Estate team, advising on all aspects of commercial property law including lettings, acquisitions, disposals and development. I have particular expertise in residential development and act for housebuilders, landowners, developers and social housing providers across the full development lifecycle.

My work includes site acquisitions, disposals, site fine agreements, section 76  and other infrastructure agreements and acting in relation to all real estate aspects of social housing schemes.

I’m commercially focussed and provide strategic advice that helps clients unlock value and deliver homes and community assets.
