I’m a senior associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, based in London. I advise equity investors, corporates, shareholders and management teams on private equity investments, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. My work spans sectors including digital, retail and technology, with a focus on helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

I joined Shoosmiths as a paralegal and qualified into the corporate team in 2018. Since then, I’ve advised on a range of high-profile deals, including the merger of two leading online estate agents to create the UK’s second-largest digital estate agency. My experience includes advising on governance matters and supporting clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and actively contribute to the firm’s Charity and Social Committees.
