I am a Planning Associate in the Shoosmiths London team, where I advise clients across the real estate and development sectors. My role involves supporting developers, investors, and local authorities on a wide range of planning matters, from site acquisition and planning applications to navigating complex regulatory frameworks. I work closely with colleagues across our national planning practice to deliver commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve their goals.

My expertise covers planning law, with particular experience in advising on large scale housing developments, mixed-use developments and the associated environmental regulatory complexities of planning law including BNG, nutrient neutrality and conservation covenants.
