I’m a senior associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, based in Manchester. I advise on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, acting for banks, insolvency practitioners, companies, directors and creditors. My work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, from CVAs and restructuring plans to antecedent transactions and director duties.
