I am a Principal Associate in the Shoosmiths corporate team in London.

I specialise in private equity and M&A transactions, acting for private equity sponsors, management teams and companies on a range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, exits, bolt-on acquisitions and portfolio advisory matters. I have particular expertise in the Technology and Energy & Infrastructure sectors.

I joined the Shoosmiths corporate team in 2026. Prior to joining, I trained and qualified at an international law firm where I completed secondments with Meta and Vodafone.
