Employment associate advising on contracts, disputes, and workforce change
As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Employment team, I advise companies and individuals on a wide range of employment law matters, from drafting and negotiating settlement agreements to representing clients in tribunal litigation.
My experience includes supporting clients through disciplinary and grievance processes, discrimination and harassment, and performance management processes. I have assisted employers in a range of sectors with workforce restructures involving changes to terms and conditions, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
I have particular expertise in employment status and agency worker issues, and have delivered training to HR and legal teams on people management topics. I am an active member of Shoosmiths' sector working groups for Mobility, Logistics and Manufacturing, and Financial Services.
