I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Manchester. I advise on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, as well as general corporate matters. My recent experience includes acting for Hampshire Sport & Leisure Holdings Limited on its phased acquisition by GMR Global Pte Ltd, and supporting PI Industries on its acquisition of Plant Health Care plc.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2021 and qualified into the Corporate team in 2023. I hold a degree in Law with Criminology from Nottingham Trent University and completed my LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Liverpool.
