I’m an Associate in our London Construction and Engineering team, advising on primarily non-contentious, but also contentious matters.

I support developers, funders and investors across sectors including data centres, hotel and leisure, education, commercial property and residential. My work includes drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees.

I’ve acted on high-value projects including a £500 million data centre financing, a major London regeneration scheme, and disputes involving luxury hotel and super-prime residential developments. I also represent clients in adjudications and legal proceedings, helping them manage risk and resolve issues with clarity and confidence.
