I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Manchester Plot Sales team, working closely with developers to deliver new home sales. I advise on site set-ups, plot sales documentation and part exchange transactions, ensuring a smooth journey from acquisition to completion. I also support affordable housing disposals and Help to Buy transactions.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2018 and have experience acting for both developers and individual purchasers. My work includes lease grants, infrastructure agreements and management arrangements for new developments.
