I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Solent real estate team, specialising in residential development and strategic land. I advise national housebuilders, retirement living developers and land promoters on acquisitions, promotions and infrastructure delivery. My recent work includes acting for Bellway Homes on phased acquisitions, and advising on infrastructure and title matters for Welborne Land and Hill Residential.

I qualified in 2019 and joined Shoosmiths in 2023, having trained and practised at a national firm. My experience spans both immediate and strategic land transactions, with a focus on enabling development through clear, practical advice. I’m known for navigating complex title and infrastructure issues with a calm, solutions-led approach.

I’m a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and work closely with clients to ensure their projects progress with confidence and clarity.
