I’m Assistant Manager in Shoosmiths’ Company Secretarial (COSEC) team, based in Milton Keynes. I advise on company formations, statutory compliance, and governance matters, working closely with legal advisers and clients to deliver efficient, high-level support.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2022, I spent over two decades managing company secretarial administration for a specialist formation agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in compliance, anti-money laundering, and client service.

I now support clients including Aramark, Hamleys, IKEA, and Volkswagen Group, helping them navigate board changes, confirmation statements, and group reconstitutions with precision and care.
