As a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Solent Employment Team, I provide strategic, commercial advice to clients on all aspects of employment law, from grievances and disciplinaries to collective redundancies and TUPE transfers.   I am known for my expertise in corporate support, management of tribunal claims, negotiating and strategically managing sensitive and difficult exits and achieving results.  I represent clients at Tribunal with a strong track record of success.  My experience includes advising on complex investigations, harmonisation of contracts, and all aspects of corporate immigration, including sponsor licences and right to work checks.
