I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Litigation team. I head both the Real Estate Litigation (South) team and the Residential Litigation (National) team.

I specialise in complex, high-value residential disputes, both long leasehold and tenancies, and development work.

I advise developers on the full range of matters arising during the development process, including development constraints, vacant possession strategies and risk mitigation.

I advise BTR and PBSA operators, private sector landlords and charities on contentious and regulatory residential matters.   I am a regular speaker on such matters, and particularly in respect of the Renters Rights Act 2025.  I have contributed thought leadership to the Estates Gazette and The Lawyer, amongst other publications.

I am a member of the British Property Federation's Residential Management Committee.
