As strategic adviser to the Board, I work closely with Shoosmiths’ leadership team to drive innovation, international growth, and transformative leadership across the firm. Drawing on my experience as an executive leader, consultant, mentor and NED, I bring a global perspective shaped by a decade as Managing Partner and Global co-CEO of DLA Piper, and leadership roles in intellectual property, technology, and sector strategy.
