I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Commercial team, specialising in large-scale outsourcing across logistics, warehousing, facilities and asset management. I lead our Logistics and Warehousing team and Shoosmiths’ Resource Solutions service, which includes legal tech offerings like Cia and Live Working.

Since joining the firm, I’ve advised on multimillion-pound deals for Aramark, Merlin Group, and major UK retailers. My work includes joint ventures, renegotiations and bespoke cold storage agreements, often involving complex distribution networks and first-generation outsourcing.

I’ve spent time in-house with global brands including Aramark, Informa and Iron Mountain, and previously led on commercial litigation. I’m known for my strategic insight and ability to deliver practical, commercially focussed solutions.
