I’m Head of Responsible Business at Shoosmiths, leading the firm’s strategy across diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and social impact. My focus is on embedding responsible business practices that create environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered—both within the firm and in how we engage with clients and communities.

I work closely with our People and Business Services teams to ensure our culture reflects our values and supports our people to thrive, bringing a people-first mindset to everything I do.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held talent roles across legal and financial services, including global diversity and inclusion teams, graduate recruitment, learning & development and mobility. I’m a qualified mental health first aider, hold a first-class honours degree in Hispanic and European Studies from Queen Mary, University of London, and have completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
