I’m Head of Responsible Business at Shoosmiths, leading our approach to diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across 14 locations. I’m passionate about creating a workplace where everyone can flourish, regardless of background, and where inclusion is embedded in how we work.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held talent roles across legal and financial services, including global D&I teams, graduate recruitment and mobility. I’m a qualified mental health first aider and bring a people-first mindset to everything I do.
