I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, advising on private equity, venture capital, M&A and corporate reorganisations. I act for institutions, founders and management teams across sectors including technology, healthcare and consumer goods. My focus is on delivering commercially sound, pragmatic advice that helps clients achieve their strategic goals.

Recent highlights include advising YFM Private Equity on its £4.8m investment into Force24, LDC on its £221m exit from ByBox and re-investment, and Capiton AG on its acquisition of Principle Healthcare Group. I’ve also supported deep-tech startups through multiple funding rounds, including a £5m Series A led by a San Francisco VC.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for my collaborative approach and ability to simplify complex decisions.
