I joined Shoosmiths as a commercial real estate paralegal in 2023. Having now completed the SQE, I am a trainee solicitor specialising commercial real estate, and I shall be qualifying into the team in May 2026. Prior to joining Shoosmiths, I graduated from the University of Nottingham with an LLB in Law.

I have experience assisting on a variety of commercial property transactions including lease negotiations, disposals and acquisitions and real estate financing. Recent clients I have acted for are:

1. A national telecommunications retailer in relation to its leases and general portfolio management; and

2. A global railway company in relation to the reorganisation of its various property assets.
