I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Disputes team, advising landlords, tenants, investors and developers on a wide range of property issues. My work includes lease renewals, dilapidations, rights of light, building safety, telecoms, and adverse possession. I also support clients on joint venture disputes and strategic land constraints.

I trained at DLA Piper and spent four years at DAC Beachcroft before joining Shoosmiths in 2014. My recent work includes advising shopping centres on estate management, defending high-value dilapidations claims, and supporting investment funds with tenant default and portfolio strategy.

I’m a member of the Property Litigation Association and known for delivering clear, commercial advice that helps clients unlock development and manage risk.
