I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking & Finance team, specialising in leveraged finance and corporate lending and advising on regional, national and international transactions. Recent deals include acting for a private education provider on multi-million-pound facilities, advising a sponsor on a series of structured facilities for investee companies, and supporting a development finance institution on $52m facilities for a cotton mill in Bangladesh.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2013 and completed a six-month secondment in the Growth & Leveraged Finance team at Investec Bank plc in 2021/2022, gaining lender-side insight into mid-market UK and European transactions.
