I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Sheffield, advising on development, strategic land and occupier matters. I act for retailers, developers, landowners and promoters on site assembly, acquisitions, disposals and complex title issues. Recent highlights include a 1,700-home scheme in Wiltshire, a national retailer buy-back programme, and a PLC developer’s head office relocation.

I joined Shoosmiths with extensive experience in strategic land and regeneration work. I’m known for delivering practical, commercially useful advice and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

I serve on Shoosmiths’ charity and employee committees and contribute to mentoring and internal initiatives that support our people and culture.
