As Head of Shoosmiths’ Corporate Division and a member of the firm’s Board, I lead a team of over 250 delivering services across venture capital, M&A, private equity, restructuring, banking and tax. I advise owners, directors, investors and boards on strategic transactions and long-term legal planning.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2004, I’ve helped shape our corporate offering into a nationally recognised practice. My experience spans capital fundraising, governance, joint ventures and buyouts, supporting clients through every stage of the business lifecycle.

I sit on Shoosmiths’ Board, contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and international growth. I’m recognised in Chambers UK for my pragmatic approach and trusted counsel on complex deals.
