I’m a Partner in our corporate team, specialising in venture and growth capital investments, M&A, and strategic advisory work. I support both companies and investors—often from first funding rounds through to successful exits. My recent experience includes acting for Clean Growth Fund on multiple investment rounds, advising XYZ Reality on financings, and supporting the exit of Lightpoint Medical to ASX-listed Telix Pharmaceuticals.

With a focus on the technology sector, I work with founders, scale-ups, and leading VCs to structure deals that unlock growth and long-term value. My repeat instructions from investors and acquirers reflect the trust clients place in my ability to deliver commercially sound, future-focussed advice.
