I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, with wide-ranging experience across renewable energy, development, landlord and tenant, and distressed assets. I act for insolvency practitioners, fixed charge receivers and energy investors on complex transactions involving solar farms, heat networks and strategic land.

My recent work includes advising on the sale of a motorway service area business, refinancing a South Yorkshire tourist attraction, and managing distressed asset portfolios across Manchester. I’ve also supported corporate acquisitions and advised on lease structures for Home Office premises.

I’ve completed a secondment with a key energy sector client and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal committees and mentoring programmes.
