I lead Shoosmiths' housebuilding practice in the Midlands.  I support housebuilders, developers, promoters and landowners on complex residential development and strategic land matters on a national basis, dealing with high-value acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions. I also deal with build to rent transactions and funding arrangements for development site acquisitions.

My work spans the full lifecycle of residential projects, from site assembly to the final sale.  I've advised PLC, national and regional housebuilders, SME developers, promoters and institutional land owners on projects for thousands of new homes.
