I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Sheffield, with over 30 years’ experience advising on strategic land, residential development and secured lending. I act for national housebuilders, land promoters and lenders on option agreements, promotion agreements and disposals. Recent highlights include a 2,500-home scheme in Suffolk and a £26 million bypass project in Peterborough.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2020, I spent 28 years at Irwin Mitchell, including 13 years as a partner. I bring deep sector knowledge and a pragmatic approach to every transaction—helping clients deliver complex projects with confidence.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and training programmes.
