As Head of Shoosmiths’ Advisory Services Division and a member of the firm’s Board and Senior Leadership Team, I lead nearly 400 legal advisers across commercial, IP, employment, pensions, regulatory and litigation disciplines. I am responsible for setting and execution of the division’s strategic growth strategy and overall performance of the division.

I contribute to the firm’s leadership through roles on the Board, Strategy Committee and Executive Compliance Committee.  I’m committed to enhancing client experience through technology and AI, and shaping the future of legal service delivery. I am also the Board ally and representative for Unique, the firm's inclusion network focussed on health and disability.

I focus on delivering solutions-led legal services that combine technical excellence with innovation. I pioneered a risk-reward pricing model that won an FT Innovative Lawyers Award and continue to act as client partner for one of Shoosmiths’ major technology clients. I’m known for strategic thinking, negotiation skills and resolving disputes through alternative methods that preserve commercial relationships.
