I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, specialising in acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management for national retailers and corporate occupiers. I lead Shoosmiths’ portfolio management team, acting for a convenience store operator on TOGC disposals, lease renewals and strategic asset management.

My recent work includes advising on the acquisition of 30+ properties, managing the assignment of 300 leases during a group restructure, and supporting clients on day-to-day estate strategy. I bring a practical, commercially focussed approach to every matter—helping clients manage risk and deliver results.

I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and training programmes.
