I am a seasoned senior lawyer within the firm’s Corporate Occupier Real Estate team, bringing extensive experience gained over many years advising clients on complex commercial property transactions. My expertise spans working with corporate occupiers—including numerous high-profile brands—as well as investors across diverse sectors.

I specialise in a wide range of commercial property matters, including lease acquisitions and disposals for retail, office, warehouse, and industrial spaces, alongside the sale and management of investment properties. My work also encompasses landlord and tenant issues and leading asset management strategies for large-scale property portfolios.

Beyond my transactional practice, I play an active role in shaping the firm’s innovation agenda by testing and contributing to the integration of AI technologies, driving efficiencies and streamlining processes to deliver enhanced client outcomes.

• acting for large national convenience store operator on their lease acquisition, disposal and renewal program to include the disposal of 30 properties as going concerns;

• site set up and lettings for neighbourhood local centres;

• acting on lease acquisitions for many well known national brands with large rental values;
