I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Financial Services team,. I am a financial services regulatory lawyer specialising in regulated and unregulated asset finance, consumer credit and retail finance . I advise lenders, brokers and retailers on FCA authorisations, change of control applications, business and product launches and in-life compliance and perimeter advice.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2015, I’ve led on complex transactions and regulatory projects, including the launch of embedded finance businesses, leasing and credit products and the implementation of FCA-compliant frameworks.   My experience  of working with clients on major regulatory projects has contributed to my practical, commercially focused approach to client service.

I’m recognised for my collaborative style and ability to translate regulation into actionable and pragmatic advice. I regularly deliver training to senior management teams and contribute to Shoosmiths’ thought leadership on consumer duty and financial services compliance.
