As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Commercial Litigation team, I advise a diverse range of clients on complex commercial disputes, pensions litigation, and High Court employment cases. My approach is tailored to each client, balancing commercial realities with legal principles to deliver pragmatic, commercially astute advice from the outset.

I have extensive experience acting for employers in multi-million-pound pensions disputes, breach of trust claims, and systemic contract breaches. My work includes defending High Court restrictive covenant cases, representing high-profile individuals in phone hacking claims, and supporting trustees in intricate pensions litigation.

I am a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association, and since 2023, I have served on Shoosmiths’ Shadow Board.
