Tanya Mumford is a dedicated talent development professional with over ten years’ experience designing and delivering learning that makes a difference. Known for her creativity, positivity and engaging communication style, Tanya helps people thrive through inclusive, practical and learner-centred development.

She holds CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development and ILM Level 3 in Coaching & Mentoring, and brings a collaborative, improvement-focused approach to everything she does. Tanya is an experienced facilitator and a strong advocate for inclusive learning design that reflects the diverse needs of colleagues across the firm.

Outside of work, Tanya has volunteered as a Samaritans listener, mentor for survivors of sexual violence, and befriender for Age Concern - reflecting her deep commitment to supporting others both professionally and personally.
