Tanya Mumford is a dedicated talent development professional with over ten years’ experience designing and delivering learning that makes a difference. Known for her creativity, positivity and engaging communication style, Tanya helps people thrive through inclusive, practical and learner-centred development.

She is currently on secondment in the Emerging Talent team, focusing on the attraction and recruitment of future talent, alongside continuing to support the development of new trainees.

Tanya holds CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development and ILM Level 3 in Coaching & Mentoring, and brings a collaborative, improvement-focused approach to everything she does. She is an experienced facilitator and a strong advocate for inclusive learning design that reflects the diverse needs of colleagues across the firm.

Outside of work, Tanya volunteers as a mentor for survivors of sexual violence, and has also has volunteered as a Samaritans listener and befriender for Age Concern – reflecting her deep commitment to supporting others both professionally and personally.
