I’m a trainee solicitor in Shoosmiths’ London office, currently sitting in the Corporate team. I’ve worked on private equity and M&A transactions, supporting clients across sectors including technology, retail and healthcare. My experience includes advising on cross-border deals, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance.

Before starting my training contract, I worked as a paralegal in the Corporate team. I’ve also completed seats in Tax & Incentives and Banking & Finance, gaining experience in S/EIS, employee incentives, and leveraged finance. I hold a first-class degree in Classics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination after completing the PGDL.

I’m a member of the firm’s Charity and Social Committees and passionate about supporting clients with clear, commercially focussed advice.
