I head up Shoosmiths’ real estate finance team in the Midlands, acting for UK clearing banks, challenger banks, alternative lenders and borrowers with a focus on development and portfolio facilities.

With particular expertise in the real estate finance, investment, automotive and later living sectors, I have led national teams within Shoosmiths on significant care home portfolio acquisitions, multi jurisdictional investment transactions and shopping centre acquisitions and ongoing management.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and am recognised by the Legal 500 (Next Generation Partner) and Chambers & Partners (Ranked Lawyer) industry leading directories.
