I lead Shoosmiths' Leeds Commercial Disputes team, where I advise corporates, boards, shareholders and senior executives on complex commercial disputes, business-critical litigation and strategic risk issues.

My practice centres on high-value and complex commercial disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder and corporate disputes, fraud-related matters, competition issues and urgent injunctive relief, along with other high-value business conflicts. I have particular experience advising on obtaining urgent relief, including freezing orders together with acting on breaches of restrictive covenants and misuse of confidential information, often where rapid strategic action is required. I act on high value and business-critical litigation and international arbitration matters for clients across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, technology, energy, healthcare and sport.
