I’m a Principal Associate and Fellow of CILEX in Shoosmiths’ Plot Sales team, advising developers on residential transactions. I prepare contracts, leases and transfers, and advise on infrastructure agreements, deeds of variation and auction sales. I also support bulk sales and sales to housing associations.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2005 and have worked across a wide range of development projects. My recent work includes advising Bellway Homes and Vistry on site set-ups and disposals. I’m known for my practical approach and ability to resolve issues quickly and clearly.
