I’m a Legal Director in our corporate team, advising clients on the full spectrum of private company transactions. My work includes M&A, joint ventures, start-ups, debt and equity fundraisings, and corporate governance. I’ve supported clients across sectors including mobility, technology, and real estate, with recent highlights including advising on the acquisition of a national restaurant chain and multiple transactions for a global packaging company.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I spent over a decade advising a private equity house on a series of investments and exits. I also bring niche experience in property SPV transactions and a unique perspective from my earlier career as a motoring journalist, which informs my work in the automotive sector.

I’m a member of the City of London Solicitors’ Company and contribute to the firm’s supervision and mentoring programmes.
